Easy bone broth ou bouillon d’os

This easy Bone Broth (Bouillon d’os) is a great throat warming and full of vitamins! Feeling an onset of a cold, arm yourself with the necessary tools to fight this. Bone broth is a natural expectorant, it helps Build healthy bones, aid with joint pain relief, promote healthy hair and nails, it helps heal the gut, inhibit virus, reduce inflammation, calm nerves and many more. I love using my left over bone from thanksgiving or Christmas turkey. Sometimes I use fresh beef bone. I love cooking this bone broth as simple as I can as is reheat the cold broth with some vegetable. You can also add turmeric, ginger.. or anything your taste bud desire during serving. Please not that you can reuse that bone until it falls apart completely.

Ingredients

4 pounds of bones (beef, Chicken, turkey..)

1 gallon water

3 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons of black peppercorn

3 tablespoons of apple cider Vinegar

Instructions

Cook on low setting in a slow cooker for 12 hours.

Once cooled, strain it to get a clear liquid.

Refrigerate the liquid until the fat solidify on top of the broth.

Scoop out that fat.

Heat up the broth plain or add vegetables. I personally love it plain.

Serve as is or with extra spice like (turmeric, ginger, black pepper).
