Mild Hot Pepper Dipping Sauce

A mild hot pepper dipping sauce is always present when eating in African family home. Hot peppers varies in heat intensity depending on the species. For this hot pepper sauce onion, bell pepper and oil was added to tone down the heat. The good thing about this recipe is you can varies ingredients measurement depending on your sensitivity.

This dipping sauce can be a topping for grilled, fried meat, veggetable, fry plantains, yam….

Benefit of hot peppers

The capsaicin in Hot pepper help relieve migraine. That capsaicin  in seeds. It apparently numbs your brain’s nerve, where some migraines and severe headaches start

Green mild hot pepper sauce

Ingredients

4 medium jalapenos peppers or 6 green habaneros

1 medium onion

1 medium bell pepper

1/4 Olive oil or your prefer oil

Salt to taste

Instructions

Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

In a food processor, puree onion, hot peppers and jalapenos.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add salt

Heat up the mixture.( I personally just microwave it for about 2 minutes.)

Add the oil, stir well and serve as topping to for favorite dish.
