oven baked Garlic lime shrimp

Easy Lemon Garlic Shrimp Kabobs

This Lemon Garlic Shrimp is my favorite quick appetizer! I was thrilled to find deals on shrimp at Menards! Can you believe it? Frozen raw shrimp at a store like Menards! It sure was a surprise to me! I did grabbed couple 6 pounds bags.  While grilling shrimps is my preference, cooking this shrimp in the oven was my best option that day. In fact I was working from home and couldn’t focus on grilling shrimp without burning it. Pop it in the oven and set a timer was the best alternative. The only daunting part of this cooking was  peeling an deveining the shrimp. I had my nine year old son who threaded these shrimps onto the skewers since he loves cooking with me. I love seasoning my shrimps before threading it on the skewers, so it is all up to you. For sure shrimps is tasty no matter what. I hope you will enjoy this quick recipe.
