air fryer suya goat meat

Air Fryer Goat Meat Suya

Air fryer Goat Meat Suya is one of my quick weekday grilled meat!

Check here for recipe video. I used my instant pot for fast cooking and opted for the air fryer. Since I love keeping my kitchen as cool as  possible using the oven will not guarantee that coolness! Also check out the air fryer I am using here for extra 10%off all orders from the website with code “SAVOUROUS”.

Anyway for this recipe, all you need is:

Goat meat

Meat stew seasoning

Suya seasoning

For tools:

Air fryer

Slow cooker or Instant pot

You do not need to add water as the meat is wet enough from the rinsing and the wetness is good to help build pressure in the instant pot.

I purchased this goat meat from my local Restaurant Depot or you can get it at any African store, Asian store or Tropical market.
