Creamy Paleo Popsicle (Gluten-free, Dairy-free,Sugar-free, Nut-free)
These were yummy snacks after a good workout 💪with kids! Yep parents are now the Physical Education teachers during this quarantine.
This new role is motivational to me personally as it makes me stick to my workout schedule.
For my kids the motivation was this amazing creamy Popsicle. Of course they needed to submit this workout as an assignment to their actual school PE teachers!
The pineapple and the apple sauce were naturally sweet, which makes this Popsicle a delicious treat! No need to add sugar! For the Popsicle mold used, check out my amazon store. You can substitute the coconut powder with full fat coconut cream. Otherwise the coconut powder I used is also available here. You can freeze this overnight or just for 6 hours. I usually makes batches and put them in the freezer for later use.
