My Delicious Flavorful Pickled Red Onion

My Delicious Flavorful Pickled Onion. Pickled onion is always a great addition to most salad. I love having it as is. Click here for the recipe video. These onions are better manageable for some people who do not tolerate onion.

There are various way to make your pickled onion. You can use all type of onion for pickling but red onion gives a pretty result. To make this pickled onion suitable for diabetic or keto friendly, I used erythritol or swerve sweetener. Feel free to use sugar or your favorite sweetener. It takes less than 10mins to make these. For the vinegar, a pale vinegar is recommended, but apple cider vinegar will do the trick as well. This pickle onion can last up to 3 days in a closed container for 3days. One of my favorite version on making this is below.

All you need is 5 ingredients

  • Onion
  • White vinegar
