Curry Fried Rice with peas and corn (no soy sauce)

Who can resist fry rice.
Try this simple tasty and healthy recipe with appetizing color.

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice per instruction (cold rice is best)

1/4 cup of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of curry powder

1 cup of corn

1 cup green peas

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

Other seasoning (optional)

Instructions

In a wok over medium-high heat, add the coconut oil

Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes

Add the rice in small batches breaking large chunks of rice

Add the curry powder, salt, black pepper other seasoning to taste

Cook for 5 more minutes

Serve hot with some grilled meat
