These are fabulous treats idea for yummy desserts or snack. I used dark chocolate morsels. You can melt your chocolate per your favorite technique. I just use the microwave. I do not went too fancy like the actual chocolatier by tempering the melting process. You know, that I like quick, easy and out of the kitchen! Do not dip the balloon in a hot chocolate, make sure the chocolate is a bit cool or the balloon will pop For easy removal of the water balloons from the chocolate, it is  recommend to coat the balloon with oil before dipping it in the chocolate! You can also make a base with chocolate to help the balloon sit better once dipped. Also let the chocolate drip completely off the balloon before setting is on a liner to avoid messing cups! You can also trim the mess away after the cup is set. While manipulating the chocolate cups make sure you are not in a very warm environment. Leave the chocolate cup in the fridge until they are ready to be served!

You can put almost anything in these chocolate cups, the possibilities are endless!

I love double dipping my chocolate, so once the chocolate balloons are hard, remove them from the wax paper.
