Air fried spicy tomato coated Norwegian mackerel fish

Air fried spicy tomato coated Norwegian mackerel fish! Mackerel, a fatty fish is a great sources  the three most important omega 3. These fatty acids are considered good fats and may help deliver tremendous health benefits for our heart, brain, lungs, and circulation. High doses of fatty acids can help slow plaque buildup in our arteries and possibly lower some types of fat in our blood.

I personally slow down on eating red meat! Every time I eat it a get queue from my amazing body because I feel very weird.  I still eat red meat but maybe once a week in a very small amount. I am surrounded by meat lovers and I cook for theses lovely family of mine on a daily basis. The temptation is there all the time but It get better since I always have fatty fish options!

I hope you will try this recipe below. I use the amazing Yedi Air Fryer to make this. Since fish smell can be very unfriendly inside the house, I cook this outside or in a ventilated garage.

 

 

Air fried spicy tomato coated Norwegian mackerel fish

Ingredients

1/4 of big onion  
 dbbdbdb

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoon of ginger puree

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of black pepper

1 big fresh tomato

2 medium jalapeno pepper

2 big whole Norwegian mackerel

1 Lime for cleaning the fish

Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Remove the inside of the fish and clean the fish thoroughly with lemon then rinse, pat dry and set aside.

Puree all ingredients together

Add salt to taste.

Coat the fish with the mixture

Place the fish in the air fryer

Fry the meat at 365 for 30 mins flipping it half way through the cooking.

Serve as is or with your favorite side dish.
