Spinach-turmeric Greek yogurt popsicle

This easy frozen treat, is healthy for you.
The health benefits of Greek yogurt and spinach added to the anti-inflammatory feature of the turmeric, make this a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

2 cups of Greek yogurt (part in half)

1/2 cup of fresh organic spinach leaves

1tsp of turmeric

Honey to taste

Instructions

In blender, put 1 cup of Greek yogurt and spinach. Cover and blend until smooth

Pour the green mixture into a container, add honey to taste and set aside

In a container add the turmeric and honey (to taste) to the remaining 1cup of Greek yogurt

Mix well to you desire color (depend on how colorful you want it, but you do not want to have a strong smell of turmeric)

NOTE: (Do not add water to the mixtures, since you need the mixture to be tick enough so the 2 colors will not mixed.)

Gently fill your already prepared popsicle mold to about half of one mixture and complete with the 2nd mixture

Let the popsicle freeze for about 4hours
