Ingredients

Green Plantains

Coconut oil

Salt

Instructions

Start with clean plantains

Remove the skin

3

Rinse plantains

4

Pat dry the plantains

5

Slice thin the plantains

6

Put sliced plantains into deep fryer

7

Keep stirring to avoid slices sticking together

8

Remove plantain chips from oil once yellow or crisp

9

Place in large bowl and salt to taste
