What is Swerve Sweetener?

Swerve sweetener is a zero calorie sugar substitute made with natural ingredients! It is certified non-GMO and non-glycemic, which makes it perfect for diabetic. This sugar substitute has no carbohydrate, which is suitable for my low carbohydrate lifestyle.

I personally like this sweetener because it is perfect in baking unlike, stevia and monk fruit! The ratio is the same as regular cane sugar when baking with swerve sweetener.

For precaution do not overuse swerve as balance is key in everything. Although i have sensitive digestive system, by body is tolerating very well the swerve sweetener.
