Strawberry, mint, shrimp bowl

Easy Strawberry Mint Shrimp Bowl

This Easy Strawberry Shrimp Bowl is a delight. Don’t you love strawberry season?! When you are seafood addict, and you enjoy strawberry, this makes a perfect bowl. My kids were into barbecue shrimp, since I do not have barbecue sauce, I got this fabulous idea! Add strawberry as a natural replacement sauce. You need only few ingredients. Of course I use my favorite seafood seasoning: savourous wild salmon seasoning blend!

For this recipe frozen or fresh strawberry works perfectly!

Make sure your shrimp is deveined, you can leave the tail on or remove it. It is a personal choice. I love keeping the tail on for easy finger food.  The whole recipe only took about 10 minutes! I served this to my kids as a Friday night appetizer platter. The strawberry shrimp bowl works perfectly with garlic bread. I personally love seafood appetizers and this sweet shrimp appetizer is just awesome.  You can even have it on a skewer. Or just top it over a bowl of white rice! For garnish, I just use chopped fresh strawberry and mint leaves.

I hope you will enjoy this quick recipe!
