Healthy Air Fry Chicken

Air Fried Chicken Leg Quarter

Avoid heating up your kitchen with your oven. Invest in an air Fryer! My favorite brand is the Yedi Air fryer. Use discount code ‘SAVOUROUS’ throughout yedihousewareappliances website. Savourous’ Wild for Salmon seasoning is the main seasoning in this recipe.

Healthy Air Fry Chicken

Ingredients

3 Chicken leg quarters

3tbsp of Savourous Wild for salmon seasoning

Salt ( to taste)

1tbsp Black pepper

Instructions

Clean chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel,

Sprinkle with Savourous’ Wild for salmon seasoning, salt and pepper.

At 350 degrees, place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, try not to have them touch each other.

Put basket into the air fryer, and close it and start your air fryer.

Cook your chicken for about 20 minutes.

Flip chicken thighs and cook 15 more minutes.

For precaution, you can check your meat readiness by inserting a thermometer inside the thickest part of your meat. Cook until you get a reading of 165 degrees
