1cup of broth or water

1 can or 1 cup of coconut milk

2 tablespoons of Savourous garlic granules

Dash of kosher salt (to taste)

Fried cubed lamb (Optional)

Instructions

1

In a soup pan, mix coconut milk, water or broth, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper, yam, dash of salt.

2

While choosing your pan for cooking, note that the liquid should cover the yam cubes.

3

Bring to a boil until yam is a tender (about 15min)

4

Stir until the liquid is tick (note that it will be even thicker once cooled down)

Also, be easy on the salt as when the ragout gets ticker it will taste saltier.
