What a great way to use up brussel sprouts. I tend to prepare them by roasting, but after awhile, that gets boring. I also really like that this takes just a few ingredients and very little time to make a really good looking dinner!

I haven’t had Brussel sprouts since I was a kid, and to be honest, I wasn’t a fan! However, I’ve been always been a huge fan of shrimp! I like this combination as it is so easy, and maybe it will make me like the Brussel sprouts!
